Scheduler on the Savannah River Nuclear Site Tank Closure project in Aiken,
South Carolina. Responsibilities include building a CPB Proposal
schedule in P6 integration of multiple schedules into the Site Scheduling
Network, updating progress, generating reports for weekly customer reviews
and 3 week look-ahead for all crafts and managers involved. Other duties
include generation and maintenance of detailed schedules for 4 separate
managed systems. Percent completes and ETC entry and reports from P6.7. Understanding
EVMS rules of credit to produce the proper reports needed to send to
Management. ·

Scheduler on the Exxon Mobil Non-Road Diesel project in Baton Rouge,
Louisiana. Responsibilities include building an EPC schedule in P6
integration of multiple Subcontract schedules into one EPC, updating
progress, generating reports for weekly customer reviews and 3 week
look-ahead for all crafts and subcontractors involved. Other duties include
generation and maintenance of the Tie-in Schedule as well as the OSBL NRD
project schedule. 4.2 million Man-hour Project

Scheduler for Lyondell Chemical in Bayport, Texas. Responsibilities
included building an EPC schedule in P3 Enterprise 5.0; integration of
multiple capital projects into one EPC, updating progress, generating reports
for weekly customer reviews and 3 week look-ahead for all crafts and
subcontractors involved. This is a 12 million dollar project with 6 week
outage duration. Project is being planned in SAP with uploads by scheduler
into P3E. P3E project schedule contains the integration of pre-outage,
productions shutdown and start up tasks, main outage work and post outage.
Integration of 8 Capital projects into the master schedule with logic ties to
production and main outage. ·

Scheduler for Gemma Power at the Huntsman Facility in Port Arthur,
Texas. Responsibilities included building an EPC schedule in P5
Enterprise 5.0, updating progress, generating reports for weekly customer
reviews and 3 week look-ahead for all crafts and subcontractors involved.
This was a multi-million dollar project with over 200 employees. ·

Scheduler for the Shaw Group at the Huntsman facility in Port Arthur,
Texas. Responsibilities included building an EPC schedule in P3 3.1
& P5, updating progress, generating reports for weekly customer reviews
and 3 week look-ahead for all crafts and subcontractors involved. This was a
multi-million dollar project with over 600 employees. ·

Scheduler for Turner Industries at Oxy Chemicals in Geismar, Louisiana.
Managed multiple outages in the maintenance department. Duties included
building P3 3.1 EPC schedules, managing material requisition, manpower
reports, meeting with customers to update daily progress. Outages lasted 2-3
weeks and the scheduler’s position controlled and managed all aspects of the
projects. ·
CCS
& H-4 Routine Maintenance Scheduler (3 years) Turner Industries at Motiva
Enterprises in Convent, Louisianan. Duties included generating
schedules for weekly allocation meetings, daily updating in SAP, constantly
in contact with maintenance personnel, updating maintenance coordinators (MC)
and operations maintenance coordinators (OMC) with current schedule
compliance. I also designed and maintained the schedule and permit
request forms currently in use. ·
Maintenance
Foreman on the Mogas Module for Motiva Enterprises in Convent,
Louisiana. Responsible for assigning work as well as supervising and
insuring that quality, expedient and safe jobs were performed. In
addition, served as a Millwright Technician on the P.U.L. Module.
Responsible for the dial indicator, reverse, A/line, laser alignment, pump,
and gear box compressor overhaul.
